Can you repair my furniture on site?
In short: sometimes. It depends on the case. In some cases, yes we will spend time to conduct repairs and restoration on site, especially if the piece is immobile. However, there are times when the extent of the damage will require your furniture to be repaired at our facility. In those instances, we will make you aware of the procedure.
Do you pickup and drop off?
Yes! We have a massive sprinter van that with enough strength and cajoling can carry almost any typical household piece of furniture. In our many years of offering these services we have seen pianos, grandfather clocks, banisters, benches, tables, and dozens of chairs in the back of our van. They have all returned home safely and in better condition than when they left!
how long will it take to repair my piece?
This depends on a number of factors, such as the extent of the damage, the size of the piece, the client's demands, and what is required of us in order to meet those demands. While we do our best to reduce turnaround and get your item back to you as soon as possible, these factors cause a great deal of variation. Contact us!
Do you charge for estimates?
Nope! Estimates are free, always! Feel free to reach out to us and follow the directions on our contact page!
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and almost all credit cards! We've been known to accept desserts as well.
